What makes you proud: Week 3

September 25 2012

I am totally blind and I don't really know where to start. I play blind cricket for Durham visually impaired cricket club, I go to all the Sunderland and Hibernian football matches and this makes me feel so proud, but I guess there’s no better feeling of when I go to the Scotland home games at Hampden park when Amy’s singing the anthem, it makes me want to cry but nothing will come out. It’s like my body goes funny and it’s a great feeling. but then I think amy macdonald is my insperation. She's just amazing.

Hello Amy,

First of all, please excuse me for my English. I'm a french guy and I don't speak English very well. :-(
I find your last album great, as the first two also, and I'll be at the Trianon concert on November, 27. I love your music and your simplicity.

My pride today, when I look at my life is the happiness I brought and hoped to bring even at my pets.

I had two dogs, today unluckily died. I think, and I hope, that their lives have been happy. I'm almost sure they was happy with me, and I'm very proud of that.

Moreover, my brother has adopted on December 2011 two kittens from an association which retrieves stray cats abandoned by "humans". Since then, we give them our tenderness and our love as best as we can. Today, this two cats are very happy with us and they play all the time together. I'm really happy and very proud of that.

I hate animal abuse. I love animals, I try to make my pets happy.
Their happiness is my great pride !

Thanks a lot, Amy ! :-) :-) :-)
